The Document Solution is one of Integrasi Solution’s Business Unit and Hewlett Packard Office Printing Specialist (HP-OPS) that provides Corporate Printing and Copying solutions to help our customers in improving efficiency, productivity, and simplifying business process. We focus on delivering the best solutions for our customers printing and imaging infrastructures.

Since the day it’s founded until today, the Document Solutions has been implementing more than thousands units of Multifunction Printer devices and supporting many companies printing and imaging infrastructures in almost all over Indonesia. We have more than 50 authorized service points to provide our customers with comprehensive and sustainable services.

We are implementing Managed Print Services in our services which are consists of :

  1. Hardware Management ;

      We provide the hardware for our customers starting from the procurement of Multifunction Printer devices, the process of mobilization, the process of installation, until the provision of back up units. We will propose the devices which are compatible with the printing and imaging volume and functional needs of our customers. We help our customers to gain the most optimal balancing between costs and productivities.

  2. Services Management ;

      We organized the maintenance and services include the provision of spare parts and consumable parts. All the activities of deployment, monitoring, problem resolution, security, automated reports on usage are contained in the services. We serve our customers with simplified maintenance and an excellent supporting to achieve customers’ satisfaction. We believe as a single vendor who has centralized the maintenance and services, we will give more convenience for our customers.

  3. Supplies Management ;

      We proactively manage print supplies by providing the original toner cartridges. We are taking the responsibilities for the procurement, placement, and installation of the cartridges. We also manage the empty cartridges starting by withdrawing the empty cartridges from our customers, by doing so we continue to participate on Hewlett Packard program called “return and recycling program”.

  4. Reporting Management ;

      We propose our customers to support the hardware with tracking usage facility to provide detail reporting. Tracking usage facility offers the ability to monitor print, copy, scan, e-mail and fax usages and group the usages per user and per department. Usages grouping will be simplified our customers to breakdown their corporate Multifunction Printer usage expenses.
